At a Glance’ Consultation - a half an hour consultation, Organizing Lives will assess your needs and provide you with a quote of the necessary services and the estimated number of hours needed to complete them. 'At a Glance Consultation' is perfect if you are interested in our services and wish to have an idea of the processes involved before hiring our hands-on organizing team. There is no charge for this consultation
Detailed Consultation - A one to two hour meeting to assess your organizational needs, analyze your current situation, view your space, and develop a plan ~ perfect for the client who may decide to tackle the job on his/her own, but doesn’t have the tools to get started. Organizing Lives will assess your situation, diagnose the challenges, and create a plan of action with regards to recommendations on lifestyle changes, products to use, and simple solutions to your organizing dilemmas. A fee will be charged for this extensive consultation.
Residential Organizing Services - Designed to suit your individual needs; whether it’s organizing your entire home or de-cluttering a particular space, we guarantee our service will bring harmony into your daily life! Organizing Lives holds the Certified Canadian Staging Professional Designation, the highest level of Staging Training in Canada today. Estate Support Services
At Organizing Lives we respect that this is a sensitive and emotional time for you and your family. The loss of a loved one comes with mixed emotions and often overwhelming tasks that must be dealt with.
Sandra Wright and Kim Fleming, owners of Organizing Lives, both experienced the loss of their parents over the past five years. Dealing with emotional loss, logistical challenges and time constraints, Sandra and Kim felt as though there was nowhere to turn for the much-needed assistance of what to do with over forty years of possessions and memories. With that in mind, Organizing Lives saw the need to support estate disposition, helping bereaved families and executors throughout this transition.
After an initial consultation, Organizing Lives would support you with any or all of the following services:

Residential Cleaning

Striving to satisfy you with each and every clean, Organizing Lives cleaning team has an eye for detail and a commitment to maintain our mantra of customer service excellence.
Organizing Lives provides an initial free in-home consultation to determine your specific needs and to develop a cleaning plan that is tailored for you and your home. Together, we’ll determine how best we can meet your needs and expectations.
Our flexible scheduling includes service weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or ‘any time you need us’. Whether it’s a whole-home weekly cleaning, a one-time comprehensive spring cleaning or a mini-cleaning of those areas you’d rather not clean yourself (e.g. stove, fridge), our customized approach means that Organizing Lives always has a cleaning plan that’s right for you.
Although we customize the cleaning of your home, Organizing Lives performs the following tasks every time we clean:
- Dust all baseboards, furniture, shelves, picture frames, doors, lamps, ceiling fans, and all woodwork.
- Remove cobwebs; wash all floors, vacuum carpeting, and furniture.
- In the kitchen and bathrooms, we also clean and sanitize all fixtures, sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and the outside of all appliances. We also clean and polish all mirrors and chrome.
Organizing Lives strives to satisfy you with each and every cleaning, and employs quality control measures to achieve this. If, however, you are ever not completely satisfied with our work, simply let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right ~ at no additional charge.
